PBL freshman boys basketball defeats ALAH, Heritage


PAXTON – The Paxton-Buckley-Loda freshman boys basketball team won two games on Saturday.

In a 54-36 win over Broadlands Heritage, Owen Tavenner and Joe Medler each scored in double figures with 19 and 15 points, respectively.

Jackson Cahill had eight points while Lucas Calver had five points, Blake Shumate had three points and Landen Waugh and Raceyn Miller each had two points.

In a 51-36 victory over Arthur-Lovington-Atwood-Hammond, Tavenner had 29 points while Calver and Shumate each had seven points, Cahill had four points and Medler and Cain Snyder each had two points.
