PAXTON – The Paxton-Buckley-Loda sixth-grade girls basketball team won 24-5 over Iroquois West on Tuesday.
Aubrey Dirks had 10 points for PBL while Aleiyah Frichtl had six points and Saylor Wooten, Karsyn Marshall, Shelby Luebchow and Mia Colon each had two points.
On Monday, Sept. 30, PBL won 17-10 as Dirks had nine points while Kaydi Flessner, Wooten, Marshall and Everleigh Deno each scored two points.
The PBL eighth-grade team lost 41-7 to Clifton Nash that same Monday as Kandyce Curtis, Avery Johnson and Katie Piatt each had two points and Emmalynn Shumate had one point. The eighth-grade Panthers lost 25-0 to Iroquois West on Tuesday.
