PAXTON — The Paxton Police Department released the following list of recent activity:
— Richard L. Spencer, 46, of Paxton, was arrested on an Edgar County warrant for failure to appear in court for retail theft on Thursday, Feb. 27, after Paxton police, who were aware that he was wanted on the warrant, located him in the 100 block of South Market Street around 8:44 p.m. Spencer told police he was aware of the warrant.
